Revenue Accountant/Accounts Receivable
We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Accountant/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join an interesting and growing e-Commerce analytics company.
This role involves managing Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and account reconciliation. Additionally, it includes supporting Revenue Accounting processes, with a focus on IFRS 15 standards, monthly reconciliations, and working alongside cross functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
Location:
This role is based at our Clontarf Office and offers a hybrid work option so the suitable candidate should be based in the Dublin area in order to commute. For international applicants, you must hold a valid visa and work permissions for Ireland in order to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Required Experience:
Accounts Receivable
Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor aged debtors and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
Assist in setting credit limits and assessing credit risk for new and existing customers.
Prepare AR reports, including cash flow forecasting and bad debt provisions.
Liaise with internal teams and external clients to resolve invoicing or payment queries
Weekly Cash forecasting to Financial Controller and CFO
Basic Understanding Required:
Revenue Accounting
Ensure accurate recognition of revenue in compliance with IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and other relevant standards.
Perform monthly revenue reconciliations and variance analysis.
Support the month-end and year-end revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in reviewing and analysing contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment.
Work closely with finance and commercial teams to improve revenue reporting processes.
Assist in internal and external audits related to revenue accounting and AR.
Skills & Qualifications
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with relevant experience in accounts receivable and revenue accounting.
Strong understanding of IFRS 15 and other revenue recognition principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external customers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in credit control, reconciliations, and reporting is an advantage
