Customer Success Manager
ChannelSight are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to drive continued growth across our client base.

We are hiring a high-energy, motivated, experienced Customer Success Manager with the desire and ability to own and deliver against a sales target, manage high-value renewals and drive growth across multi-brand, multi-market opportunities.
What will you be doing?
- Building strong relationships with clients, leading regular weekly communications, in addition to MBRs, QBRs and Annual Reviews.
- Selling ChannelSight’s eCommerce & Digital Shelf platform.
- Managing a book of existing ChannelSight clients, taking responsibility for securing retention as well as driving growth, ultimately delivering against quota.
- Collaborating with other business functions within ChannelSight to ensure client success. For example, you will work closely with Brand Performance, Business Development,. Support, Marketing and Product teams.
- Building account plans & pipeline, while accurately forecasting quarterly numbers on a weekly basis.
· 2+ years’ experience in a Sales or Customer Success role.
· Strong organisational and project management acumen
· E-commerce and/or digital marketing experience is a plus.
· A proven track record of sales achievement.
