Data Quality Executive

About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Executive to join our Data Quality team. You’ll play a key role in validating and enriching sales and product data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for client reporting. Responsibilities:

• Validate, import, and enrich data using automated tools and manual processes.

• Use internal platforms and SQL-based tools to investigate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.

• Ensure client reporting is accurate and complete through timely reviews and fixes.

• Escalate technical or systemic issues to senior staff when needed and support resolution communication.

• Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements to make processes more scalable and efficient.

• Assist with internal documentation, training, and contribute to process improvement initiatives as part of ongoing responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or CSV and comfortable working with SQL, SharePoint

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Power BI

• Familiarity with SAAS tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
