As we continue to expand globally and help brands navigate the evolving ecommerce landscape, we're seeking a Customer Strategy Specialist to join our growing team and work directly with multinational brands to maximize their digital performance.
The Role
As a Customer Strategy Specialist, you'll be the strategic voice for our clients, transforming data into actionable insights that drive measurable business results. You'll work closely with leading global brands to optimize their ecommerce strategies, using ChannelSight's proprietary platform and your analytical expertise to unlock growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with multinational brands to analyze performance marketing results and develop data-driven optimization strategies
Data Storytelling: Transform complex ChannelSight analytics into compelling presentations and actionable recommendations for C-level stakeholders
Performance Analysis: Deep-dive into campaign metrics, retailer conversion data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Client Success: Proactively nurture client relationships, ensuring SLA compliance and driving long-term strategic value
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to surface new insights and product enhancement opportunities
Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of ecommerce and digital advertising trends to provide cutting-edge strategic guidance
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
1-3 years of digital marketing experience with focus on performance analytics, optimization, and ecommerce strategy
Advanced analytical skills with expert-level Excel proficiency and strong PowerPoint presentation abilities
Self-directed approach with ability to work independently and solve complex client challenges with minimal oversight
Communication excellence with proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders both in-person and virtually
Detail-oriented mindset with passion for continuous improvement and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem and ecommerce technology stack
Experience working with retailers, brands or agencies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related subject matter
