What will you be doing?

 

As a BDR at ChannelSight, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will drive outbound lead generation efforts, qualify leads, and book qualified meetings with Account Executives. You’ll be instrumental in educating prospects on how AI-powered ecommerce insights can unlock performance growth. This role is essential to building a predictable pipeline for revenue growth and you will have a direct impact.  

 

Lead Generation & Prospecting 

  • Launch outbound outreach via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn targeting ecommerce leaders and decision-makers in the World’s biggest brands 

  • Identify and prioritise target accounts that fit ChannelSight's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Conduct systematic multi-touch engagement cadences to drive interest using Amplemarket and Linkedin Sales Navigator.

  • Maintain high activity quotas (50+ calls, 50+ personalised emails, social engagements).

  • Work with Account Executives to plan methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.

 

Qualification & Handover 

  • Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, timing, and ecommerce strategy priorities.

  • Book qualified discovery/demo meetings with Account Executive team. 

  • Manage CRM activities on Zoho (logging activities, updating lead status, forecasting). 

  • Design and execute cadences on Amplemarket and ensure all activities are actioned and up to date.

Location:

This role is based at our Clontarf Office and offers a hybrid work option so the suitable candidate should be based in the Dublin area in order to commute. For international applicants, you must hold a valid visa and work permissions for Ireland in order to be considered for this role.
